I worked in a franchisee at salt lake . Work life balance for a trainer there was quite good. No hassles, no major interference, no unhealthy pressure

Firstly, there's increament if you are 'liked' by the management and the conditions for liking you are varied, which, if you aren't a boot licker, would be next to impossible for you. Frankfinn is a female oriented organisation and in that franchisee, being a female is a tremendous Blessing😊..

It's a brand organisation which has proved itself from year to year as the best one. Multiple branches all over India and in Dubai. Best thing is that, it gives good placements to the students. I feel really happy for the same. Nice environment. I truly love being part of it 😊

Every Thing, Toxic work culture, you will be abused on each and every hour. Hiring is continuously running every day, because once employees trapped in organisation they just wait for their 1st salary and also they may got, but if they got then they have get lots of abusing langauge on personal level and mental pressure, You can assume that Agent leave organisation frequently after 1st salary, Not a single outsiders TL, AM, Manager Senior Manager stay for their 2nf salary. Now above have a certain level of mental strength, But you can shock that AGM level employees who have maximum mental strength are not ready to stay for 1 month.... Here only one old AGM want to survive. For rest AGM he started manipulated the data and MIS report, because he controlled MIS Data and Report, He can increase his productivity and decrease others AGM productivity with the help of MIS person...Read More

Timing.. Long hours and no breaks from 8.45 am to 8.40 pm also no leave or holiday even sundays. For Top management flexible timing. Every rooms camera with audio recordings even in pantry.
