Work timing is good. Being in a private company employees can reach home before evening! Praise from School Principals boosts inner self.

HR policies doesn't exist. Issues in the Hierarchy. No salary increment at all. Salary is disbursed after 12-15 days. Very Poor management.

I must say this is Great!! After seeing other industries I know how life can be. But here you do have time for yourself. Here an employee will feel as an employee not as a slave! Mental peace is very much needed, and it provides.
