Very bitter experience. It's more of a Lala type of work culture. Nothing close to MNC culture at all. People are treated like rubbish. Discussions are taken not basis their performance but basis colleagues .

Everything. Bad behavior of colleagues. No guidance from the line managers. Terri work hours..its all show and pomp

The learning opportunities can only be grabbed when you get time from your project work. Some of the clients they have have longer working hours and deliverables are too many. Because of this you will suffer in maintaining work life balance and will not be able to learn or get time for yourself.

The culture there are significantly more number of lovely people in management than anywhere else. You are allowed to choose the work to some extent and to learn new things.

The company culture is pretty good. The Senior Leadership is pretty helpful and you can easily approach them. Promotes internal movement among teams. Lot of trainings and opportunities to learn. Free breakfast, lunch and snacks

Dislikes

Some projects are a bit old, some projects lacks a proper vision. Promotions and Hikes are a bit so and so.
