The company culture is pretty good. The Senior Leadership is pretty helpful and you can easily approach them. Promotes internal movement among teams. Lot of trainings and opportunities to learn. Free breakfast, lunch and snacks

Dislikes

Some projects are a bit old, some projects lacks a proper vision. Promotions and Hikes are a bit so and so.

Good flexibility. Again that depends on the project assigned. Free meals, breakfast, lunch and snacks. Projects are mostly AIML based. New learning based on projects. No micro management. Internet and mobile bill reimbursement. Most importantly leadership team is very open and transparant culture. Srikant is amazing person to lead the company.

Dislikes

Most projects are unorganised. Pyhont and React based mostly. For ful-stack, not much java or node based projects. Limited access to learning platforms like coursera. No udemy or others.

Good work life balance but majorly depends on project and your team. You can raise your voice with your leads or manager is you’re not happy with work sometimes it work and sometimes don’t. People are very supportive in your emergency situation. Growth wise it’s good and you can up-skill yourself given you really want to.

Like every other firm good amount of politics. To get promotion you need to be over sell yourself in-front of your higher management. Hikes are average and that also depends on your visibility nothing related to your work

Work Life Balance is not good. Working fot 13-15 hours is like a norm here. Some people are very old in this organisation and having startup mentality and regressive attitude. May be they are frustrated that they couldn't make to different org. Some people from Infosys, TCS and other similar consulting firms have come who often are trying to pollute the environment. Not a lot if you are a software engineer. This is a good company for consulatnts, data scientists and incompetent managers who want to just chill.

Dislikes

Pretentious company with loads of talk around work culture, but its all on paper. If you are a passionate software engineer who likes to solve problems, you would not enjoy it here. Since, most client projects have a short duration, it is highly likely that you would not learn a lot and improve the product. Also, there is no mentorship culture here, no proper tech leads in any team. Project managers are completely useless and have no skill apart from playing the politics game. Also, Fractal creates accelerators instead of products which in simple term means create half-done products within a few months and not improve upon it later.
