There is no job security Hr don't know about Opration she put PIP without any reason when i asked they have said Manegment decided they don't have any pr reports after that they said we are giving you target where you not perform but they are not providing any thing or any reports after 5 months they fired me when I asked why you fired me they have said your perform not to the up to mark but they don't have PR reports this is ridiculous during my job petty cash told me to pay your pocket i have expense 44k from my pocket but still they are not going to me i have left job in month Feb 2022 3 months is gone...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
