The dealer principals are very good, helpful, pay on time salary, little delay in incentive but you will get it..

Dislikes

Like how good the dealer principals but the management staffs are vise versa, You don't get recognised once they feel you are better person than them, simply they do all kind of tricks to get you out of the job.They always wanted you to be less smarter than them.Knowledge level( industry & general) is very average.you have no way ofimproving your skills.lot of gossips and politics, very poor culture,communication levels are below the standards.If you want money! not worrying about work culture,environment, your family and future professional growth then you can think about it. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
