The best part was the projects and clients. Except that everything else had high level of corruption plus disorganization in every single aspect.

Lack of organization Lack of communication Extremely low respect for employees Unprofessional behavior Unrealistic work expectations No compensation for commute

Learning and environment. Team mates were amazing. It was a great experience.

Sometimes the work pressure was very high. Client use to call late night and on Sundays.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
