No hygiene, washrooms having severe blockage, insects in company provided food. Work pressure depend upon your respective department. Some department don't even provide OT even after additional 5hr work. Management is corrupted.

Our clients are super cool. Seniors always bring us snacks whenever they come from their home country. No forced OT. Job security is second to Govt.

Less paygrade more work. Do have to work extra outside our job description. Managament skills are below zero. If you ask politely no would do anything. You have to ask in a "tedi ungli" vala style. Can improve food quality & bus timings after thousand of paper reviews.
