if you are a fresher and want to learn things then its a good place. These are some basics about vivo: 1. They will teach you very sincerely untill you will start giving output after that they will stop teaching you & only ask about your output. 2.They have a good working culture but some local seniors having less learning, will never let you up. chinese are quite well in this manner they will support you to learn the things. 3. food are very good. 4. you shoul have strong will power to work in night shift and to do the overtime. They are paying for overtime but it will exhaust you totally. 5. you should have to very flexible with day/night shift because they will change your shift after every 6 days(4d working 2d leave). 6.if you are onrole then you have a chace of growth after 1.5 years but if you are offrole then its totally waste of time. They will not even give you experience letter. 7.you will get your payment till 7 of each month at any cost....Read More
