this company has been nothing short of a nightmare.
Firstly, disheartening to see how little respect is given to tech IDs. The voice of a (CL) seems to overshadow any contribution from those with technical expertise, especially those who have joined as (DLs).
The food provided is subpar, and even that is withheld after a certain time, which is both inconvenient and unprofessional.
Departmental changes are nearly impossible, trapping employees in positions where they are mistreated and undervalued.
This tactic feels intentional, as if management seeks to make our work life unbearable under their supervision. The manufacturing team is by far the worst I've encountered.
Corruption runs deep within certain smaller teams, with internal activities happening right under the noses of higher authorities, who seem blissfully unaware or choose to turn a blind eye.
Even more troubling, employees are often forced to stay late due to others' mistakes, and no overtime is compensated for this additional burden.
Transportation is another sore point.
The management fails to accommodate employees who have to stay back, leaving them stranded without transport options. This reflects the poor management and lack of empathy towards employees.
The corruption doesn't end there.
The office management as a whole is riddled with issues, and unfortunately, aside from one department, all others suffer from gross mismanagement and corruption. In summary, this company is plagued with problems, from internal corruption to poor management across departments.
