No hygiene, washrooms having severe blockage, insects in company provided food. Work pressure depend upon your respective department. Some department don't even provide OT even after additional 5hr work. Management is corrupted.

I had been to an interview at this company for training and development. Learnt a lot about the company during the interview. Nothing to be liked.

Working hours are from Monday to Saturday. The entire day. Unfortunately, this would compromise the work-life balance. Traveling time will be quite difficult because the office is located on the outskirts of the city. I specialize on workplace culture training. The Indian woman who serves as the director of T&D and the Chinese T&D head will participate in the final round of interviews. The toxic work culture is evident in her words, attitude, and behavior. Surprisingly, she would sound like a dictator due to her lack of solution-focused nature and her limited comprehension of leadership principles. Heard from the employees that food is of minimal quality. Consequently, they carry their own food. As the primary structure has not yet been constructed, you will be required to operate from a shelter if you are hired. Our clients are super cool. Seniors always bring us snacks whenever they come from their home country. No forced OT. Job security is second to Govt.

Less paygrade more work. Do have to work extra outside our job description. Managament skills are below zero. If you ask politely no would do anything. You have to ask in a "tedi ungli" vala style. Can improve food quality & bus timings after thousand of paper reviews.
