All policies of HR are terrific. The HR and IT team are so lazy, they are unable to complete their immediate responsibility. Manager not provides technical support. The sales/marketing department is not active to get award of new projects. The branch head of Kolkata is unnecessarily dominating in all aspects. The manager schedules site at surprising moment on before day of weekend or on weekend. Junior should travel and work at site at weekend. But at the base location, employee may not avail his total c-off/leave. Manager not allows to take leaves/c-off at all time.
