Worst management ever I have seen so far. Too much internal politics. Not a good place for freshers as well as experience candidates. No new developments or learning

Management, HR they think they are the owners of the company. Office politics management wants employees to follow work from office policy whereas higher management itself did not obey the policy properly.

Fossil having good culture but it depends on your manager/lead . How it’s getting implemented I luckily got good TL who is fantastic in terms of work life balance and understanding of people and pushing us to work more
