1.Entire Management team is not good .. 2. under 1.6 years...20 to 30 employees left to Fossil why...? 3. Every six months in change area managers nd 1 years in RM why ....? What is the reason....pls discuss the team nd area managers ,nd store managers also Because this is a big concern of d-groth...

Fossil is nice place to work the way they treat their employees are extremely good even in Covid situations they never stopped paying to their employees.I would definitely recommend it for any one who is looking for Retail job.

Fossil having good culture but it depends on your manager/lead . How it’s getting implemented I luckily got good TL who is fantastic in terms of work life balance and understanding of people and pushing us to work more

1. Hiring inexperienced managers who don't know how to manage a team. 2. Biased when distributing awards. 3. Salary hike is 2-3% 4. No canteen 5. Transporttation charges are there for pick up and drop of employees. 6. Lot of groupism and politics. 7. Too much micro management from manager.
