This company is young and driven. From the founders to the new employees, we work like one family. I've worked with top firms like Times Internet & Zee Media before, but this one is by far my best experience. Although I've voluntarily chosen a remote profile for my own convenience. My overall experience at Fossbytes has been on the good side. One thing that I like the most about the company is that it's easy to get your voice heard by the top-level management. You have a chance to develop personal connections with your teammates in an informal environment, which contributes to a better job experience.

Dislikes

One thing I want to improve is that people should take more responsibility for their work. There should be an option for a 5-day workweek.

I have been working in Fossbytes Media for 6 months. Till now the overall experience is good. There is lot more to learn as the company allows to register for different courses in the work time which is highly beneficial for employees. There are regular meetings which encourages you to learn more and share with the team.
