It was a fantastic experience working at Fossbytes. This Company Literally Makes You Feel Like Home. The CEO's Are Very Humble. My Manager Ishu Luthra Was The Best Mentor I Ever Got In My Life. Fossbytes Cares About Work-Life Balance, Employees Mental Health & Infact They Give Menstrual Leaves To Female Employees. I've Learnt Many Things In This Company and I Just Want To Thank Them For The Environment & Knowledge.

This company is young and driven. From the founders to the new employees, we work like one family. I've worked with top firms like Times Internet & Zee Media before, but this one is by far my best experience. Although I've voluntarily chosen a remote profile for my own convenience. Employees are always ready to help each other, work-life balance unlike most organisations in today's date is given high priority at Fossbytes Media. Most importantly, just one month in and I treat this company like my own, developing this personal attachment for an organisation is the best review a new employee could provide.

My overall experience at Fossbytes has been on the good side. One thing that I like the most about the company is that it's easy to get your voice heard by the top-level management. You have a chance to develop personal connections with your teammates in an informal environment, which contributes to a better job experience.

One thing I want to improve is that people should take more responsibility for their work. There should be an option for a 5-day workweek.

I have been working in Fossbytes Media for 6 months. Till now the overall experience is good. There is lot more to learn as the company allows to register for different courses in the work time which is highly beneficial for employees. There are regular meetings which encourages you to learn more and share with the team.

Cool work culture. The whole team, be it editorial, social media, or video team is full of young and enthusiastic people. Work from home, even before the Covid wave was here.
