Eight months time with no training, no opportunity to share opinions, with no choice to share my views, I was made redundant due to which my entire life collapsed. The organization did not even consider extending my visa when I had a less than a year old child, and I was studying. The PRO of the company took advantage of the situation all the time. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
