No training no growth and a very strange thing that you will not be working with fortune a appointment letter head was mentioned bay Islands hotel will be given and experience certificate also mentioned same and strangely there is no company name as bay Island hotel it's a virtual company

I work with IT department the single staff as overall incharge but designation was system astt I feel I wasted my life 4.5 years working there
