Job security for first three month's is good.. Rest hard work is required to sustain yourself. But promotions and increment are all depends upon your relationship with the people in HQ..

MY COLLEAGUES COME FROM VARIOUS CULTURAL BACKGROUND. MY HOTEL IS A MEMBER OF ITC'S HOTEL GROUP. HERE IS JOB SECURITY AND GOOD WORKING ENVIRONMENT.

THERE IS NO ON-JOB TRAINING FOR FRESHERS. COMPENSATION IS UNCULTIVATED AND GROWTH IS SLOW. MANAGERS DO NOT VALUE AN INDIVIDUAL UNIQUE STRENGTH WHICH IS A PAIN SOMETIMES.

Work Details

GENERALLY SPEAKING, I HAVE TO LOOK AFTER THE ENTIRE ACCOUNTS PAYABLE AND GOODS RECEIVING CYCLE IN DAT-TO-DAY OPERATIONS. TASK IS SLIGHTLY REPETITIVE.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
