A very good infrastructure.

Dislikes

Working in Fortune Park Pushpanjali Hotel has been a nightmare. The management is highly unprofessional and lacks basic communication skills. The workload is excessive, with long working hours and no overtime pay. The work environment is toxic and unsupportive, with a high turnover rate of employees. The hotel policies are unclear and constantly changing, making it difficult to keep up with the expectations. The management does not value the employees and their efforts, leading to a demotivated workforce. The lack of proper training and guidance makes it challenging to perform tasks efficiently, leading to frequent mistakes and reprimands. Overall, the work-life experience at Pushpanjali Hotel has been extremely negative, and I would not recommend anyone to work there....Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
