Nothing I like and there is nothing in company. Only cheating the partner and employees. Also company giving the product or material which is expire or out dated. Only outer box will be new and inside will out dated.

Dislikes

Only spoling the future of employees and not even giving Full and Final settlement also. They have 1000 reason to tell story to hold F&F. Only a upper management will enjoy and keeping travelling every day,as they show they are doing fabulous job to company,but they are zero and fit for nothing.

Work Details

Terrible and no growth, all the upper management are fools and idiots,fit for nothing. Same they doesn't know how to speak inform of partner. NSM carry booklet of product and study like student in front of partner.

I liked nothing in Fortune marketing people inside the office are sitting just for politics and stealing your sales. You will be getting unachievable targets even if you are new at it. You will be judged with just you clothes and the way you talk. This review is about bangalore office in SP Road, SPA PLAZA. Worst place also. Look into other companies but not for fortune. From the 1st month only you will start getting pressure from your senior for sales. The behavior is that much RUDE that You will told on your face ( if you will not do it. Some other person will do it ) So dont think much about it. And the salary part also ( its THE WORST ) they dont provide you any kind of PF, ESI anything they are just saving there money from the govt. Also. They dont provide PF, ESI bcoz govt. Will come to about that how many employees are working in it. And if govt come to know they have to pay taxes. So no job security no insurance. No working culture nothing is there. If you want just to survive for 3 months join it. Your interview will be taken with some random person who works as technical person or you some random sales person who steals your sales. In some random desk where people have food. Salary date not fixed and salary deduction also not fixed. Its on their mood. Thay can deduct how much they want and if you ask it will be postponed for next month and again same story ( next month) and it goes on and on and on. This was my real review.
