Dislikes

Getting H1/B1 Visa is difficult from USA embassy which restrict to get actual training at US manufacturing units, eventually we do this a lot online with real time face calling. Occasionally extend normal office hours to match with USA time zones, I think which is comman for such international companies. Company should promote gym/fitness accessories for good health Have basic cafeteria, and it should improve for better convenience....Read More

Work Details

It a challenging work process, and obviously ideal for any engineer to involve in understanding design, decide routing, decide bom and release at production facilities in USA and India. My contribution is almost at all areas and looking beyond for growth.
