... operates. We support USA manufacturing plants for many different product lines. Salaries are always paid on time and company hands out regular gifts like silver articles on Diwali and many other gifts during the year. Also management is quite attentive to feedback from employees. In 2018 we had excessive work load, company responded by adding people and upgrading the infrastructure.

Dislikes

Company could do better by providing transport facilities.

...focus on work and manage personal time effectively. enjoy lots of fun occasions.Most interesting a is not a single month missed on time salary neither missed on time appraisals.Management is very much approachable for any little issues.I am happy to part of this company encourage people to take part in sports, happy to part of F+S cricket team

Any junior or worker can approach management time to time. Niche products and well defined customer base. No daily reporting.

Dislikes

Training or learning is not looked into, no future plan for that either. Management greatly believe in informal communication rather than what's on paper.

Company having no intention of growth.Happy with company's current revenue. Lot of politics and no opportunity for new comers. Old staff is having their own cartal which never gives opportunity and growth to new people. Managers are not happy with people smarter than them, top performer in their team. Always play politics to dich them out. No training is provided. Stone age old ERP system. This technology is not used anywhere so joining this company is path to unemployment.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
