Hire and fire organization. Join at your own risk One of the worst organizations I have worked.I suggest no to join this organisation even for a high package as it is hire and fire company. Not sure how they have achieved great place to work but the reality is that it is one of the worst places to work. Below are the few points. - Manager are laymans they don't know how to manage a project. - They commit un realistic timeline to the client and pressurize the developer to complete the tasks and force the developers to work on every weekends. - Out of 12 hours a day 4-5 hours are spent on meeting and over and above that you are expected to do your day to day tasks. - They don't have much projects, if you are released from the project there is no other option....Read More
