It's work culture is amazing. The management of everything is transparent. If we talk about company policies it's also good.Job security is little bit in ur hands coz if u work well you are going to achieve you want in your life.

Dislikes

Theres no such thing.. But one thing I like to share the price of products are very costly.. Not everyone's afford it.

Work Details

It's quite interesting. Yeah I struggle bit in the first two weeks then I get used to and learn all the things that required. My Upline help me alot and also supported me.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. There were team mates whom I used to handle and had a great time with them working and developing some skills

Dislikes

There was no fixed salary system and to work as an employee first you have to buy their products of 28000 and then on every team bonus to get you have to buy products of rs 11000 so theirs nothing to earn in a stable way
