Basically company's culture is very good,you will get lots of opportunity everyday they will be new challenges .it's not like bread and butter thing .job security is not there as an apprentice. it will help me in future whatever company I will join good Cooperative staff

If you are direct employee then paid leaves are more than adequate. Company spends on upskilling employees . Work life balance depends on the team

1. Salary is less than market standard 2. Variable component will never be paid more than 50% 3. No job security there are multiple rounds of silent layoffs 4. Don't fall for good WLB and decent pay, you will be disappointed

People those goes in Maternity they dot get proper promotions on time.i would recommend that some promotion can be suggest after joining from maternity it will boost them confidents.everything should be get on time if it's not on time there is no value of getting it.

Good work life balance but it will be very difficult to get out once you spend considerable time. And if you think of settling down then they will unsettle you by layoffs. Layoffs are instant and all access will be revoked in few hours. So if you maintain a super good work life balance and don't up skill then be ready to face difficulties later.

No job security. Huge politics by LL4s and LL5s with the boss LL3. Life will be so monotonous that you will lose your confidence

No proper R&R for work segregation. Periodic people rotation is nil. Stagnant learning after the break even point. Long duration for promotion. Leadership not caring abt peoples learning and developing skill set with various team. Stretch factor during month close is worst. Biased towards people on work allocation and elevation.
