Directors are too old and have been there in the system since 15 - 20 years. They don't have much knowledge on latest technology. They want to continue the old legacy techstack.

Good work life balance but it will be very difficult to get out once you spend considerable time. And if you think of settling down then they will unsettle you by layoffs. Layoffs are instant and all access will be revoked in few hours. So if you maintain a super good work life balance and don't up skill then be ready to face difficulties later.
