Frequent changes in org structure. One day you are working on a project, next day leadership changes and then accordingly your project also changes. And it has repeated 2 to 3 times in last 1 or 2 year itself.

1) Little to no Job security. 2) Internal and Regional politics. 3) Your appraisal and promotion depends on your higher management leaders performance, if they get 1 star rating the same will be cascaded down (in most cases).
