1. Bad tech stack. There is no good engineering. 2. No health insurance for parents 3. No skill development sponsorship 4. No food , No coffee , Only water at office. 5. Layoffs are instant and all access will be revoked in few hours. So if you maintain a super good work life balance and don't up skill then be ready to face difficulties later.
