I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Amazing work culture. No work pressure at all. Good opportunities to learn and upskill. Amazing office infrastructure. No dirty politics or bias based on colour or anything. A lot of personal well-being-related awareness is there. They also provide free online doctor checkups, counsellors, dietitians etc.

Dislikes

Very less pay compared to industry. No real perks or benefits, they don't provide any goodies, WFH setup or internet. Just basic stuff like medical insurance, etc etc. Very low north Indian people.
