The timings are 8 hrs, which is good for work life balance. Company culture is average and so is work satisfaction.

Dislikes

Job security is not there as there were too many lay offs over past year and still continuing to lay off employees. As such there is lot of work pressure.

The job is quite simple for people with good communication skills and customer care. Timings are variable, so there is work life balance. Childcare is provided at discounted price, not free. There is pressure for target and job insecurity.
