Tough question. Okay work culture. Work life balance can be maintained.

Dislikes

No health insurance. No other employee perks. Not so competent people to work with. No professional growth. No scope for enhancing your skills. Management not open to improving any learning and growth ideas. List is endless.

People are good but the managers are not able to stop the politics and they dont understand the politics is around them. Poor observation, they should be aware of efficiency of every employee. Old employees are not good
