There was friendly atmosphere as we know that it's a chilcare school so everybody is so polite and humble even our principal was fab lady. And main things is you are free to showcase your skills.

Can't say dislikes but yeah there was not that much growth I can say.

Extra Pressure from seniors and Management feels like they are dectators. In first 3-4 months they treat you good then they will start disrespecting you. They hire employees for experiments, to check what's working and what's not working. They want to become unicorn but they will give you interns to work with and ask you for breakthrough. Flattering works here no matter if employees is adding value to business. My advice when you join this company try to be favourite of senior members of the company, because I know many who are in this company since 3 to 5+ years and adding no value to company. People are good but the managers are not able to stop the politics and they dont understand the politics is around them. Poor observation, they should be aware of efficiency of every employee. Old employees are not good
