Company wise nothing. But if you are too young fresher or very little experience then there isn't much scope to learn. But for someone with a bit of experience looking for job safety work life balance decent salary not willing to take risks it's a best job. Learning opportunities are very low but I've never worked more than 8hrs a day.

They overwork employees 6 days a week and consistently deduct money from salaries without adjusting for paid leaves. There’s no diwali bonus or additional perks, making it terrible experience overall. If anyone is considering working there think twice, they exploit their employees and make unjustified salary deductions and offer countless excuses when questioned about it.
