All good when it comes to work. But we don't get to have govt holidays or festival holidays. Even if there is no work, we need to be in the office . Otherwise, there are no targets. It's all about inbound calls and handling them. Company is supportive for any problems we come up with financially.

No holidays on festivals or occassions.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
