Pathetic startup , no facilities provided, fake promises done, will make you cry for your own hard earned salary and that too is not provided on time, disguting environment and alot more , owner use to make personal comments and have alot of attitude problem!

Work Details

Have learned that never go to a small organisation like this (only 2-3 employees including owner) without checking reviews or else join a good (big) organisation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion. I have actually made my decision, I will be joining ICS at technical lead - 37 LPA. They offered a sweet deal that is too good to resist.
