The company has many good people who are willing to contribute towards the growth of the business. The company has many patented products which are well accepted in the market.

Dislikes

Everything is centralised in US office, so at the Country level, we only have to follow the defined process and decision. We cannot even a hire a junior person without the approval from US Office.
