Working culture is not good , they treat you like they own you . Manager is boss not leader, if you dare to go against them their ego hurts, they make you regret why you join these company, they lure into trap of joining company by making false promises. Mostly 12 hr duty due to no extra manpower.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. The benefits other than salary is good. Safety is the top most priority which affect production heavily.

Dislikes

The work life balance is worse. You need to do extra work for atleast 10 days a month. Overtime pay is poor. You can't use your total annual leaves due to low manpower.
