I started from march, and it has been a pleasure working here in this organization. The management is supportive and provides help at every step. The work culture is great which is visible as the organization is increasing rapidly. I am comfortable with the work, timing and support I get from the team and flyhomes.

Sometimes it feels like I am doing the same thing again n again but it's a part of our Job.

Everything is amazing in this company. The company values their employees and their growth. Everyone around you is always ready to help you and are very knowledgeable. The company also organizes fun events for their employees to help them unwind

The work culture is great and the management takes care of their employees.

There is nothing as such Dislikeable but work timmings could have been a bit more flexible but as the company works with US timmings so thats a bit difficult but it is quite manageable.

So I am working as an Opertaion Associate in the company under Drafting team where I am drafting all the Property related documents as per buyer's offer. I am currently working in 4 markets ( CA,WA,MA,TX).

Job security is top notch. Management is approachable. Company policies are employees eccentric. WFH. Last but not least nice working environment with nice people around you.
