The work culture is phenomenal. Work life balance along with the team leads supports you at every bits and corners.

The only thing I am concerned about is the long term growth and learning curve. I have been in the team for more than a year. I almost know everything my team does and I can perform that as well. Along with me there are 4-5 people who are at same level. Talking about being promoted. It seems to be a tough task as all of us perform same kind of job and responsibility. One of the simplest practices that most Indian companies don't follow is giving respect to the employee. We, as humans deserve to be treated as people and not just resources. I have seen people giving you a lot of respect just for doing your job and of course when you go out of the way.
