Nowadays, I don't know whether the companies turned up to give WFH permanently. But this company provides WFH permanently and the policies are fair and gives support to fulfill your requirements/infrastructure. And just wanted to say that it's a friendly company and work-life balance is too good.

Dislikes

The timings are like bit late-night shifts because it follows PST. if you've ever worked in these timings then it's not at all a prob/until you get adjusted. Apart from that everything goes smoother and more comfortable.

Working with Flyhomes is a great thing. They provide me the opportunity to explore myself. I learned a lot of new things here. Mine is a US-based client and has offices there and another plus point is that many of my colleagues are of different cultures and backgrounds and we all work together happily.

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning but now everything is fine & everyone is very supportive. Always ready to help if you are stuck somewhere.

Permanently work from home. It's good thing. Due to covid time which I know everything related to my life with ease, I have been with my family. I have an 8-month-old child with whom I have got a lot of time to play.
