The work culture is phenomenal. Work life balance along with the team leads supports you at every bits and corners.

The only thing I am concerned about is the long term growth and learning curve. I have been in the team for more than a year. I almost know everything my team does and I can perform that as well. Along with me there are 4-5 people who are at same level. Talking about being promoted. It seems to be a tough task as all of us perform same kind of job and responsibility. As its been 3 months for me in this organisation, it is too early for me to say the dislikes as things are all aligned well and I am having a good experience overall.

My work is to provide all the info of a property in which client is interested. This includes doing background research of the property with respect to litigations, any inconsistencies in public records etc. I also prepare comparative analysis
