The company as in whole is a big name to work with, good work and life balance is the only best part in this firm. Not much boast about.

After working with this company for 5+ years I don't think anyone should be in this company for that long. There is pity politics going around. No or very less opportunity to grow. The perks and appraisals and different as per different locations. Frequent layoffs so please be ready with your things to go home anytime. Salary only on time, even get the salary on 28th of months when 30th falls on sunday.

Annual Layoff culture, No Job Security, Work pressure, Work Load, Unrealistic KPIs, No Promotion to employees, No work life balance, Every year around 300 people will be laid off that gives huge pressure to employees. Hire and Fire culture is fls strategy. good company for women employees. Bad managers make you to work all day by giving unrealistic project hours.
