Mining and cement equipment supplies and engineering company. After 10yrs of working, I don't find any in it. It had eliminated all existing employee benefits one by one every year. We just get salary only now. It is very much biased, cunning, discriminative, racist, gender biased, inclined to bootlickers and all notorious character company. I don't recommend to my friends but enemies.

No job security ever. I see Job cuts every year. Most laid off employees are who did not bootlick their managers and had good performance history. Moreover it's a biased (gender biased too), discriminative, inclined, racist. Salary hike are mostly 5% overall but it will be good for bootlickers. You will be cornered if you speak opposition to your boss opinions.

Work Details

It doesn't care about you but very strict on schedule and delivery. No work life balance. As per employee manual, it is 5 days working but it's 7days But they hide everything to you while recruiting you. It's like a golden fishhook. Beware

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
