Nothing good. Really bad organisation for experienced persons. Request not to join unless you are Group leader or more. Only good thing is Travel Policy but that also has many complications.

Dislikes

Company policy- very bad HR Management - worst Salary and appraisal- very bad Culture- depends on branch No product training or upgradation skill development done. Extreme and unnecessary customer visit frequency. Almost No madical facility No Family madical insurance No growth till you become a Group leader.

Overall it's a very nice company to start your career with since other employers in the same segment give value to it's brand name. After leaving the platform I have realized that such friendly and family like work environment is very hard to find in any other sales related organization.

Dislikes

They have not allowed their employees to have any other active source of income like tuition , side business or other things. So doing that beside your job can be tricky but if you know how to do it or want to study or learn something then you will get ample amount of time unlike other companies by working effectively within schedules due to their work structure
