Company don't have proper functioning and procedure to introduce a new person,everything is there but still lack proper implimentation, Also there is no employee benefit policy with the company,company don't give medical,don't give phone bill reimbursements,long working hours as comapred to other companies

Average work life balance,totall dependent on boss if he wish to infiltrate your life then he can as sometimes mails are being trigger at odd hours too and if boss has some issue he will call you anytime

Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. They deduct the large portion of ctc to give back as SAP. If in case if we shift job, we will be losing atleast 1 lakhs of our Ctc. For higher grade this amount will increase
