The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds,and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

compensation is decent ,but growth is slow .The work pressure is very high.Mostly ,I Have to work 16-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.I do receive appreciation from my client/HO/reporting officer ,but they mostly go unnoticed during my appraisals.

Good organisation to work as per higher management is concerned, but in the middle management s work and instruction are quite tough to handle. Any ways good workplace for freshers.

Dislikes

Odisha head was retired OPTCL CGM who knows the government culture like working procedures, practically working under him quite tough as root level management w. R. T certain approval and quick decision require always.
