I worked in F&F as a State Head Gujarat for 2 years and it was excellent and learn lots of things from my seniors, all the departments staff were fabulous for supporting in every manner specially HR Dept for quick response and initiating. Memorable journey. Thank you to F&F Management for giving me such a wonderfull opportunity.

HR Policies and management are horrible. Involvement of directors are too much, its not needed but its too much. Interdepartmental politics are too much. No appraisal, worst increments, no respect to old/new employees.

There is nothing to like about fnf very awful environment,no respects for employees it's not company it's local sadak chaap dukaan like lala type where they behave like servant with employees,first they will hire you then they will say we can't afford you,you may leave,expect you to work double than your shift but no recognition and rewards apart from their intolerant behaviour.
