I've been in the firm since 5 years and while its great to work in a firm which is quite fast paced and thriving. It also leads to a burnout at some point. I started as Jr. 3D Artist and currently am a Sr. Level Designer and lead the tech team. This was the case with the previous cycle of 6 days! But with a few employee surveys, Themanagement actually listened to the feedback shared and made it to alternative working Saturdays! The joy in the office was unprecedented! I have been working with Flipspaces for around 3 years now. I started as a junior level designer in the tech team and now I am a senior-level designer and leading the tech team currently. The company culture is really chill and the people around are very warm and welcoming. The senior management has always been very helpful and uplifting.

Dislikes

The deadlines have us wait for more than working hours, but being in the tech team we work hard but play harder. This start up has really helped me groom my skills and explore.
