Flipspaces is good organinzation with no strategy for growth in place. I am sure with some small but important changes it will reach at top of the startup culture.

Dislikes

1) Salaries are never on time. 2) Turn around for reimbursment is eternity. 3) No work life balance. 4) Some people at top management think that they own the organization and can use abbsuvie language with anyone any mid management or lower level. This need to change.

I started off as an intern at Flipspaces in October, 2021 and in just 3 months, I was promoted to an HR executive. I have wanted to learn and understand about HR as i want to pursue my masters in the same. My tenure at the helped me understand about company culture and the first exposure to my career has been really good as I was always supported by my managers and team members.

Dislikes

There were rough days when nothing seemed to be going my way and it felt like i should give up HR but the team and management revived my interest and helped me through this rough phase. The team has also been helpful to meet deadlines on time.

I have been working with Flipspaces for the past 7 months. I started off as a HR Manager and am currently heading the recruitment for an entire vertical. I have always been pushed to achieve my targets and assisted by my fellow team members to work together. The people are very warm and welcoming and hence, it was not a difficult transition from my last role.

Dislikes

There are very strong and aggressive deadlines as this is a very ambitious company but, the team helps us achieve them very efficiently and it is always a learning process.
